By enrolling in YITP you agree to the expectations below so that every learner enjoys a respectful, secure, and productive experience.
Eligibility & accounts
- Provide accurate profile information and keep your login credentials private.
- Only one active learner account is permitted per person.
- Notify our team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Learning conduct
- Respect facilitators, classmates, and mentors in all spaces.
- Do not share paid course materials outside the platform.
- Any plagiarism or cheating results in suspension of course access.
Payments & refunds
Tuition, sponsorship, or financing plans follow the billing schedule agreed during enrollment. Refunds are handled according to the programme policy shared in your welcome pack. Write to info@youthimpactglobal.com for help.
Intellectual property
All course videos, assessments, and learning assets are owned by Youth Impact Global and its partners. You may use them for personal learning but cannot redistribute or resell them without written consent.
Updates to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect new features or legal requirements. If the changes are material we will email you or show an in-app notice. Continuing to use YITP after the change means you accept the updated terms.
