We collect only what we need to operate the Youth Impact Training Programme, and we keep it safe using industry best practices.
What we collect
When you create a YITP account we store your name, email, phone number, and course choices so we can deliver learning experiences, certificates, and support.
- Learning activity such as lessons completed
- Payment references and sponsorship requests
- Support conversations and survey feedback
How we use your information
Your information is used to personalize your dashboard, recommend content, process billing, and keep you informed about programme opportunities.
We never sell learner data. Third-party providers (payments, analytics, email) only access the minimum required to provide their service.
Your controls
- Update profile: Edit your data anytime inside Profile > Settings.
- Export records: Request a machine-readable copy of your data by emailing info@youthimpactglobal.com.
- Delete account: Contact our team if you would like your profile removed from our systems.
Data retention
We retain learner records for as long as you have an active profile so certificates and progress remain available. Financial records are held for at least seven years to satisfy compliance requirements.
If you pause or graduate, you can ask us to anonymize your data while still keeping completion proof.
